Special Public Prosecutor in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case Ujjwal Nikam will grill Headley in the case.
"We will re-examine David Headly and the cross examination will commence from 22nd of March till 25th of March, and if we feel that we need to examine Headly more we will seek permission for that as well," Nikam told ANI.
Headley, who is testifying as an approver in 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case, was deposed before a Special Court in Mumbai earlier this month.
In his fourth deposition, he had told the court that he was told to survey naval air station and Siddhivinayak temple, but he discouraged the idea to target them as both were heavily guarded.
In his depositions so far, Headley has revealed important information about the planning behind the terror attacks and his role in the same.
His reconnaissance provided vital information for the 10 LeT terrorists and their handlers, who attacked Mumbai on November 26, 2008, in which 166 persons, including foreign nationals, were killed.
Headley drew maps, took video footage and scouted several targets for the attacks including the Taj Hotel, Oberoi Hotel and Nariman House during his five visits between 2006 and 2008.
