"The scene of the crime had been heavily dressed up. The bed, on which Aarushi's body was found. didn't have a single crease on it," special CBI prosecutor R K Sani said.
CBI also argued that as per the service provider, Internet router activity was switched on and off on the night of crime, which shows that the "Talwars were awake and using Internet, and they knew about happenings in Aarushi's room."
On the third day of the final arguments in the case, Saini said a spot of wetness was detected on the bed-sheet on which Aarushi's body was lying, which suggests that her private parts were also cleaned up.
As per CBI's theory, Aarushi had a physical relationship with Hemraj, and Nupur had cleaned up her private parts to hide this fact.
Saini said Dr Sunil Dohre, who had conducted Aarushi's post-mortem and concluded that she had a physical relationship on the night of her murder, was "pressurised" for not mentioning this in his post-mortem report.
"Rajesh's elder brother Dinesh had asked a fellow doctor, Sushil Chaudhary, to ask K K Gautam, an influential UP former cop, to get the 'rape' word removed from the report," Saini told the court.
"The CDFD report says that Aarushi's DNA, which was extracted from bed-sheet, pillow and other items seized from her room, matched with the DNA taken from the blood-stained scotch bottle, which was found on the dining table.
"Similarly, Hemraj's DNA extracted from blood-stained palm print also matched with DNA taken from this bottle," Saini said, asserting that these observations support CBI's theory that the killer of Aarushi and Hemraj was not an outsider.
He further said Hemraj's body was dragged from Aarushi's room to the terrace, where it was covered with a cooler panel and terrace door was locked from the side leading to stairs.
Prosecution said that Rohit Kochhar and Rajeev Varshney, the doctors who visited Talwars's house next morning, had said that they had spotted bloodstains on the terrace door lock, railings and stairs.
"The duo also saw wiped bloodstains on stairs, which supports CBI's theory that Hemraj's body, after being wrapped in a bed-sheet, was dragged to terrace by Talwars.
The then Noida Additional Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan had also noticed bloodstains on lock of terrace door and railings," he said. The Court of Additional Sessions Judge Shyam Lal fixed the date of October 17 for further arguments on the part of CBI.
