A fast track trial court deferred framing charges against the six accused in the Tata Institute of Social Sciences gangrape case till January 7 on Tuesday.
The six accused -- Vinamra Soni, Harshvardhan Yadav, Jashkaran Bhullar, Anish Borkataki, Dev Colabawala and Kundanraj Borgohain -- have been charged with raping a US national, who was studying at the TISS in April last year.
Additional sessions judge S D Jagmalani on Tuesday deferred the framing of the charges, as four of the accused were not produced before the court.
The police said the 23-year-old victim was raped at Kundan's flat in suburban Andheri. Kundan is the only accused who is out on bail in the case.HC rejects discharge plea of TISS gangrape accused
