The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the plea of Central Industrial Security Force constable Namdev, accused of killing a senior over denial of leave, for exemption from surrender.
A bench comprising D Raju and Justice Arijit Pasayat rejected Namdev's plea and posted his petition challenging a Bombay high court order denying bail to him for hearing on January 12.
