Security around Nitish Kumar's residence in New Delhi has been beefed up and newsmen, have been waiting outside the gates of his residence. Nitish Kumar, Bihar chief minister in waiting, has promised to come out for an official comment in a short while.
Although television crews, photographers and other journalists are not being allowed to go in or have any access to Nitish Kumar, the difference between the Congress, and Bharatiya Janata Party offices and Nitish Kumar's residence is that newsmen here are being given tea to see them through a tedious and long wait.
