A powerful bomb exploded near a Border Security Force camp and an unexploded one was removed at Heirok area in Manipur's Thoubal district on Thursday, official sources said.
A search was launched after the explosion and recovery of a bomb, they said.
They said that the bombs were planted by unidentified militants.
No arrest was reported.
Meanwhile, a UNLF self-styled corporal identified as Y Akoppi of Lamding, was arrested by security forces from Khongjom area in the same district.
A 9 mm pistol with a magazine were seized from him.
