Militants triggered a blast inside the house of Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Minister and People's Democratic Party leader Abdul Aziz Zargar on Thursday morning.
No one was injured in the incident, police sources said.
The minister and his family were not in their ancestral house when the blast occurred.
It was not known which militant outfit was responsible for the blast.
