Bihar Governor Buta Singh, whose controversial decision to recommend dissolution of the Bihar assembly earlier this year, drew flak from the Supreme Court, on Friday refused to on the apex court's judgement.
When approached by PTI for his views on the verdict, Buta tersely said, "no comment," but added that 'the Supreme Court had passed an order and its judgement should be honoured by all.'
