At least 30 people were feared drowned when their boat capsized mid-stream in Gandak river in Bihar's West Champaran district on Monday, police said.
The boat was carrying labourers from Singhighat, about 20 km from the district headquarters, when it lost balance and
capsized.
Senior district police and civil officials have rushed to the site.
