A special court in Mumbai on Wednesday said that it would frame charges afresh on September 15 in the Best Bakery carnage that took place in Vadodara during the post-Godhra riots in Gujarat.
Special Judge Abhay Tipse directed prosecutor P R Vakil to submit drafts of charges against all the 21 accused by September 13 and said that charges would also have to be framed against those who were absconding, after they are held and produced before the court.
