An Army chopper crashed while flying over the hilly Doda district in Jammu region on Friday.
The wreckage of the chopper has been sighted and rescue teams have recovered a body from the crash site, informed a senior police official.
"The chopper crashed and fell into Chenab River near Asar village in Doda district," said Deputy Commissioner, Doda district, Sharief ud-Din.
He added that the body of the pilot has been recovered and search is going on for the three personnel of the Air Force who were traveling in the chopper.
"We have deployed divers and the search for the other occupants of the chopper is going on," he said.
