In a fresh drama, Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly speaker Nadendla Manohar has rejected the resignations of all the 101 MLAs from the Telangana region.

The speaker, who was sitting over these resignations for the past one month, rejected them on Saturday on the ground that they were done in haste.

Speaker Maohar has now left for London. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLAs have decided to re-submit their resignations on Sunday.

The MLAs and MPs from the Congress and the Telugu Desam Party will have separate meetings to decide on the next course of action.

Sources, however, say that they will submit their resignations once again and will continue to do so until a separate state of Telangana is formed.

Moreover, there is immense pressure on all these MLAs not to change their mind until statehood is granted, as they have promised to the people of Telangana.
