After the Telangana Joint Action Committee and the Students Joint Action Committee it is now the turn of the BJP-affiliated Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad to flex its muscles on the issue of Telangana.
With the Andhra Pradesh High Court granting conditional permission, the way is now clear for the ABVP to organise its 'Rana Bheri' rally in support of a separate Telangana state on Saturday, which will be addressed by senior party leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Sushma Swaraj.
As in the case of the rally by the Students Joint Action Committee, the court directed the police to allow only students to attend the rally.
