Yeddyurappa is being questioned by the CBI in connection with the illegal mining and land de-notification case.

"It would all depend on how honest or forthcoming he is," sources said, adding, "If we need to question him further we may call him in tomorrow (on Sunday) as well."

Yeddyurappa, however, cannot be arrested as he had been granted anticipatory bail by the high court.

His two sons and son-in-law too are accused in the same cases and have been questioned earlier.

The CBI has to submit its report on this case to the Supreme Court by July 30.
