The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Thursday granted bail to former Uttar Pradesh minister Amarmani Tripathi, prime accused in the murder of poetess Madhumita Shukla.
The court had earlier reserved the judgment after hearing a detailed argument on a bail application moved by Tripathi.
