Alliance with DMK still stands, says PM

While speaking to media-persons on board Air India One, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said he would not comment on demnads to sack Telecommunications Minister A Raja as Parliament was in session. 

When asked about All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam leader J Jayalalitha's reported offer that she can fill the breach caused if the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam – A Raja is a DMK member – were to quit the government, the prime minister said he had no knowledge of it and, declared "as of now the alliance stands."
