The death toll in the serial bomb blasts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has risen to 53, government officials said on Tuesday.
Four persons, seriously injured in Saturday's blasts, succumbed in different hospitals in the last two days taking the toll to 53, they said.
As many as 16 bombs had exploded within a span of 60 to 70 minutes in several areas of the city on Saturday evening.
