Dr Subramanian Swamy, president of the Janata Party, who filed the Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court of India said that the affidivit filed in the apex court on Friday by the government's lawyers on Friday, vidicates his stand on the 2G scam. The Congress has accused Swamy of trying to destablise the Union government.

Speaking to rediff.com on Monday morning Swamy said that things would become crystal clear after the court hears the matter on Tuesday. He,however, admitted that the prime minister has no role in the scam and he would come out smelling of roses.

"I
am satisfied with the affidivit filed in the court on behalf of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He comes out with roses. It is unfortunate that the bureaucrats and senior government officials did not give him the correct picture," Swamy said.

Swamy ridiculed Kapil Sibal, minister of communication with temporary charge, it seems that he does not even know about the A R Antulay case. "These kind of people are guiding Prime minister," he said.
