D Raja wishes Omar success

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) Vice President Omar Abdullah to take oath as the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir today. CPI leader D Raja says, "On behalf of my party, I wish him success as CM. This will be a new beginning for Jammu and Kashmir."
