People who don't have majority dreaming of forming govt: Shinde

Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde who is in Delhi on government formation: "The majority that we need is completed. NDA govt will be formed under the leadership of PM Modi. I am here to support and greet him. Those people who don't have the majority, are talking about forming govt, this is just a dream.
