Rediff will be covering the swearing-in live today

Chaos at DGIPR office in Mantralaya, says Prasanna D Zore/Rediff.com, who will be covering the swearing-in ceremony this evening. He says most reporters haven't got their passes okayed. The passes allow enter to the venue at Azad Maidan where the ceremony will be held. Even if entry is allowed, correspondents are generally far away from the stage.
