Raghuram Rajan tweets again...

Raghuram Rajan, the former RBI governor, makes no bones about which side of the political divide he is on. Rajan had earlier sent out a congratulatory tweet with a picture of Rahul Gandhi. He tweeted again to say, "India's biggest party has no presence in whole of south India."(claps emoji)
