Congress leader Shashi Tharoor casts his vote for the first phase of local body polls, at a polling booth in Vazhuthacaud of Thiruvananthapuram. Polling being held in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Idukki today.
