PM's announcement still awaited

Half an hour past the time the PM was supposed to address the nation. Crazy speculation everywhere, but since there is model code of conduct in place, it is unlikely to be a policy decision.  The Cabinet Committee on Security meeting is on which means it could be a security related announcement.
