First, screen Padmavati for Mewar royals, historians

BJP'S Chittorgarh MP CP Joshi writes to HM Rajnath Singh requesting him to allow Padmavati to release only after it has been shown to members of Mewar's royal family and historians and they have agreed to it. Also adds that the film be banned if they object to it after the screening.
