In Rameshwaram, fishermen begin Jal Satyagraha

In Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu, fishermen wade neck deep into the sea to protest against the Sri Lankan government seizing 108 boats. The fishing boats are believed to have  strayed into Lankan waters.
