Debroy a failed economist: Prashant Bhushan

Prashant Bhushan tweets:

'Modi's favoured economist, Niti Ayog member, (Bibek) Debroy, fielded to counter MMS on Noteban, is a failed Dr from Cambridge'.

Bhushan also posted photo of a letter from  University of Cambridge to Debroy telling him that 'he will not be approved for a PhD degree'.
