Sharad Pawar attacker arrested

Rediff.com's Onkar Singh reports that Harvinder Singh, the man who assaulted Sharad Pawar has been arrested and booked under four sections of the IPC. He was quizzed by the IB and the Delhi police and his medical records are being probed.
