Economist Rajiv Kumar is new Ficci boss

Rajiv Kumar is the man who will replace Amit Mitra (now West Bengal finance minister) as Ficci Secretary General. A well-known economist, Kumar, 59, has been the Director General of the 84-year old country's leading chamber since October, 2010 and prior to which he was Director and Chief Executive of an economic think-tank, the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations.
