The ruling DMK and opposition AIADMK will lock horns in 84 constituencies in the April 13 Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.
While AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa would face N Anand, a novice in the electoral arena at Srirangam, DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi will take on Rajendran of AIADMK at Tiruvarur.
AIADMK has fielded Saidai Duraiswamy, a known face in the political circles, against Karunanidhi's son and Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin at Kolathur constituency.
