Will Chavez rescue Gaddafi?

The only head of state, on record, to come to Libya'sFevicoldictator Muammar Gaddafi is Venezuela' Hugo Chavez. Chavez apparently pushed a vague peace plan for Libya yesterday, saying Gaddafi was in favor of foreign mediation. The idea has apparently gained momentum in Tripoli.
