An Eastern Army Commander has awarded "severe displeasure" to a Brigadier, who was found guilty of maintaining "improper" relations with a Colonel's wife. The Court of Inquiry against Brigadier K P Chand was ordered by the Eastern Command here after it was alleged that he was trying to molest the wife of his colleague, Army sources said.
Amazing that the Army which prides itself on good conduct can get away with a school marm-ish rebuke.
