India said on Monday the
attack near Lahore proved once again that terrorist activities have been continuing unchecked in Pakistan but refused to draw a parallel between the incident and the Mumbai strikes.
"I am shocked. It once again proves that terrorism has not been eliminated in Pakistan and was rather continuing unabated," External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee told media-persons after a poll rally in Murshidabad district of West Bengal.
Home Minister P Chidambaram said India was deeply concerned over the development. "We condemn these terrorist attacks. We condemn all terrorist attacks," he told reporters in Delhi when asked
to comment on terrorists storming a police training centre near Lahore.
