Media reports had on Sunday said that the Pakistan government may file cases against five Pakistanis, including Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone terrorist captured for the Mumbai attacks.
Reports have also said that the interior ministry's report states that the attacks were planned not in Pakistan or India but in an European country.
