In the wake of reports of terrorist groups holding a rally in Pak-occupied-Kashmir, India slammed Pakistan on Thursday for allowing a congregation of banned terror outfits saying it amounted to giving a "license" to them to operate.

Representatives of banned terrorists outfits Jaish-e-Muhammad, Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and Jamat-ud-Dawa had
reportedly addressed public rallies in Pak-occupied-Kashmir
on Wednesday.

"No effort was made by Pakistan authorities to curb the activities of these groups," External Affairs Ministry
spokesman Vishnu Prakash told media-persons in  New Delhi.

"We strongly condemn the license that banned terrorist organisations continue to enjoy in territory under Pakistan's
occupation," Prakash said.
