Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday rejected allegations of horse-trading for winning support of MPs for the trust vote on Tuesday.

"Anybody can make allegations. If somebody has proof show it," a combative Singh told reporters while leaving Parliament at the end of the debate on the first day of the Special Lok Sabha session. Singh expressed "fullest confidence" that his government will win the trust vote and dismissed as "hypothetical" questions about fall of the government.

To the opposition charge that government was not concerned over controlling price rise, he said "we are making serious efforts. There is no question about lack of interest in controlling prices."
