Journalists were attacked and their equipment damaged on Friday by supporters of Asaram Bapu during a bandh called to protest the mysterious death of two boys studying in the ashram's
gurukul.
Supporters of Asaram Bapu came out with sticks and attacked a group of journalists who were outside the ashram in Motera on the outskirts of Ahmedabad.
