The Narcotics Control Bureau has moved the high court against lower court's decision of framing charges for possession of 1 gm of cocaine against actor Fardeen Khan.
Fardeen was arrested by the NCB in 2001 while taking delivery of cocaine from Nasir Shaikh, a drug peddler.
