Fresh probe in murder case involving Prez brother

The Bombay high court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation to reinvestigate certain aspects of the Vishram Patil murder case in which President Pratibha Patil's brother has been sought to be made an accused.

This comes on the heels of the CBI informing the high court on November 26 that G N Patil, brother of the President, and two others had refused to undergo a lie detector test during its probe into the three-year-old murder of Vikram Patil, a Congress leader from Jalgaon in Maharashtra.
