A man died of cardiac arrest following a grenade attack by militants on a security patrol in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, official sources said.
A grenade was hurled by terrorists in an abortive attempt to target a Border Security Force patrol at the main market in Bandipora district, 55 kms from Srinagar, at 0930 hours, sources said.
No one was hurt in the grenade attack as the device fell short of its mark and exploded by the roadside, a civilian identified as Ali Mohammad Khan (65),
