The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Manu Sharma, who was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Jessica Lal murder case by the Delhi High Court.
A bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, however, listed Sharma's appeal against his conviction for hearing on January 22, 2008.
The apex court also agreed to hear other connected appeals of the co-accused along with Sharma's matter.
