Asserting that she could not be disqualified from her Assembly membership on the Kodanadu estate issue, AIADMK leader Jayalalithaa said on Saturday that she had not committed any mistake or violated any law while filing her papers for Andipatti assembly poll in 2006.

In a statement, she said nobody could disqualify or bar her from contesting future polls.

'These are all Karunanidhi's wishful dreams. But they will not come true', she said. "Let my dear party cadres not get confused over the false propaganda launched by Karunanidhi. He has been raising several questions on the estate issue. He does not have any right to question me. I am not obliged to reply to his charges."

Jayalalithaa said she would reply to questions if asked by those who had rights to raise them.

She charged Karunanidhi with attempting to confuse the AIADMK cadres, by making many untrue charges.

She alleged that Karunanidhi had totally forgotten the administration of the state and were concentrating on making frivolous charges against her.

However, Jayalalithaa, in the statement, had not denied Karunanidhi's charge that she and her friend Sasikala were partners in Kodanadu estate.
