Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav on Wednesday did not rule out the possibility of ordering a CBI probe into the serial killings in Noida but said it was not needed now.
"CBI probes have got delayed many times due to which evidence got destroyed. I have constituted a two-member committee comprising Secertary (Home) Arun Kumar Sinha and ADG (law and order) A C Sharma. It will submit its report to me. There is no need for a CBI probe now," he told reporters at his residence.
If needed, CBI probe would be ordered later, he added.
