Petitions have been moved in the Supreme Court against the order of the Goa Assembly speaker restraining two MLAs of Maharashtra Goa Gomantak party from voting in the House in Monday's floor test.
The petitions have sought a stay on the speaker's order and a direction for holding a fresh floor test. The petitions have been filed by the members of BJP and MGGP.
