"Though Rahul is cultured, well-behaved and very social, he is a confused leader. He should clearly state what he is doing in politics and what are his aims," Vigyat told reporters in Pratapgarh.
Grandson of Congress leader late Dinesh Singh, Vigyat is is contesting the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls against Congress Legislature Party leader Pramod Tewari.
To a question, he said, "Whether I win the election or not, I will continue to work for the country."
