Brihanmumbai Municipal Commissioner Johny Joseph, who was transferred to the Mumbai Port Trust three months ago but continued in the post in view of the monsoons, was relieved of his charge on Tuesday, official sources said.
Additional Municipal Commissioner Manukumar Shrivastav will temporarily hold the post till Joseph's successor takes charge, they said.
