Mumbai Police Commissioner A N Roy and Anti Terrorist Squad Chief K P Raghuvanshi on Wednesday met Union Home Secretary V K Duggal and is understood to have provided him evidence regarding the involvement of Pakistan-sponsored terrorists in the July 11 Mumbai serial blasts.

The meeting, which took place in North Block, came ahead of Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon's meeting with the home secretary.

Returning from his visit to South Africa, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday said Pakistan's response to the evidence India gives regarding its involvement in the Mumbai blasts would be a test of its sincerity in controlling terrorism.

Mumbai police had last week said they had solved the July 11 train serial blasts that killed nearly 200 people, blaming Pakistan's intelligence agency Inter Services Intelligence for masterminding the explosions, which they said were executed by activists of the banned Lashkar-e-Tayiba and Students Islamic Movement of India.
