Maharashtra government will study the special court judgment
acquitting actor Sanjay Dutt of TADA charges in the
1993 Mumbai serial blasts case before taking any decision to move the Supreme Court against it.
"The legal department will study the judgment of the special court before taking any decision," Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said.
He said the state government is yet to get a copy of the judgment delivered by special
