A Delhi Court on Monday allowed Bharti Yadav's plea for barring the presence of media during the recording of her statement in the Nitish Katara
murder case.
However, Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur, rejected her other plea for prohibiting Katara's mother Neelam from attending the proceedings.
