Two policemen killed in J&K

Terrorists ambushed a police party in Vicharnag in downtown Srinagar early on Thursday morning, killing two policemen.

The terrorists escaped with one of the slain policemen's automatic

weapon.

Police sources said the terrorists fired a volley at a police party from the Soura police station in Vicharnag. "One head constable and one contable were killed," a senior police officer said.
